A Southern Californian transplant, Lisa’s love affair with the Napa Valley developed as a college student at Berkeley. Her weekend trips to vineyards gave her an appreciation for the quality of the wine and the beauty of the valley. When she and her husband became engaged during a visit to a local winery, that sealed the deal.
Lisa came to us from Gap, Inc. in San Francisco where she spent fifteen years in Merchandise Business Development, traveling the globe, responsible for the production and profitability of a variety of clothing divisions. When the time came to raise a family, Lisa and her husband were drawn back to the Napa Valley where the sense of community and a connection to the earth welcomed them. She established a consulting business serving small, family-owned brands with financial forecasting, business logistics, and consumer care. In 2014, Lisa joined Scarecrow as our Director of Consumer Relations, where she brings years of experience delivering on the vision of iconic brands. In addition to overseeing the direct-to-consumer release of Scarecrow Wines, Lisa manages the Scarecrow waiting list, and is our consumer liaison. Lisa has been an active member of the community supporting a variety of educational, non-profit fundraising efforts, and enjoys traveling and playing golf.
